The flat was built for a family friend in 2016. It comprises a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (one of which has a mezzanine) and two bathrooms. 

One of the most notable features of this Lamina POP construction are the elegant curved windows at the front of the house. By applying plasterboard to the interior walls a more contemporary feel has been created. The flat also has high ceilings which give the rooms an open feel and promote airflow.
